Full transparency, I received this coffee to try out and share out my honest experience, and I must say I was impressed! I first tried out this coffee while on a winter camping trip and it was just what I needed to warm myself up in the morning.
One of the things I appreciated about the coffee is that its rightly balanced making it smooth to drink neat but it also reminds me a bit of Cafe de Olla -- a traditional coffee drink made with cinnamon and course sugar.
When you buy this coffee, my recommended way of making this coffee is in an Aeropress! 1 scope of coffee to every 4oz of water has been my preferred ratio. Great stuff to make at home, while at work, or in the Cascade Mountains.
I loved the taste after brewing this coffee! So sweet you can taste the flavors after brewing. I've always gotten Starbucks vanilla and such that smells amazing after you open the bag but you can't taste the flavors.. Off hours is definitely premium coffee!

You never know what your going into, based on someone else’s experience or perceptions.
The scent from the rising cup, and the noted flavor tasted at the end of each swirl an ingest of a sweetness, to leaving a slight aftertaste of the proclaimed, brown sugar.
This, was worth the venture. I look forward to experiencing the other options.

This coffee tastes just perfect. Not bitter at all and not acidic either. Ive prepped it as a drip coffee and french press, both are good. Thankful to have found this coffee! ☕❤️
